1. Acceptance
By accessing or using biosarthi.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Permitted use of the site
You may use the Site to learn about BioSarthi, contact us, and read our published material. You agree not to:
- Use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems, or to circumvent any security measure.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our
robots.txt.
- Use the Site or its contents to train machine-learning models or build derivative datasets without our prior written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity in any contact form or correspondence.
3. Our content and intellectual property
All material on the Site — text, graphics, images, logos, code — is owned by or licensed to BioSarthi Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "BioSarthi" and the BioSarthi mark are trademarks of BioSarthi Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Our patented monitoring technology is registered under Indian Patent No. 550208. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence under that patent or any of our other rights.
You may quote excerpts from the Site for internal review and editorial commentary with attribution. You may not republish, repackage, or redistribute Site content commercially without prior written permission.
4. Services described on this site
The Site describes services we offer — biogas/CBG plant monitoring, AI yield prediction, turnkey delivery, consulting, operations and maintenance, and FOM/LFOM commercialisation. Descriptions on the Site are illustrative, not contractual. The terms of any actual engagement are set out in a signed agreement between BioSarthi and the customer.
5. Estimates, calculators, and forward-looking statements
The Site may include calculators, ranges (P10/P50/P90), and indicative numbers for biogas yield, FOM/LFOM revenue, capex, payback, and emission savings. These are illustrative estimates, not engineering opinions or warranties. Real plant performance depends on feedstock characterisation, site conditions, regulatory tariffs, financing, and operational discipline that no public calculator can fully account for.
Decisions involving capital deployment must be based on a site-specific Detailed Project Report (DPR) prepared after on-site assessment by qualified personnel — not on numbers from this Site.
6. Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to or embed content from third parties (YouTube, LinkedIn, regulatory and industry sites). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Following an outbound link means you have left our Site.
7. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of any information. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioSarthi, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost business, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any direct loss arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed INR 10,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for fraud or gross negligence).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BioSarthi, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts of Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest substantive change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
