Run the plant.
Hit the
numbers.

We operate biogas and CBG plants to a contracted performance number. 24/7 remote monitoring backed by on-site engineers. One number every month: did the plant hit yield, or didn't it.

The signature surface

Six functions. One team.

Every BioSarthi O&M contract bundles six functions under a single performance number. The owner sees one report a month, one accountable team, one bottom line.

Designed for the kind of uptime and yield achievement that owners actually expect — high-90s availability and contracted yield, with one accountable team carrying the number.

24/7 remote monitoring

How it works

Plant to performance, in four stages.

An O&M takeover is a structured handover, not a takeover. We instrument, baseline, and stabilise before signing the performance contract. Owners see what they're getting before committing.

O.01
Asset audit
Equipment, condition, gaps. 3 weeks. Output: stabilisation plan.
O.02
Stabilisation
8–12 weeks. Telemetry, preventive schedule, operator training.
O.03
Performance contract
Yield, uptime, methane% targets agreed. Backed by LD.
O.04
Steady operation
Monthly performance review. Quarterly business review with owner.
What's covered

A complete operation, one tile each.

Each tile is a number on the monthly performance report. Operators see them daily; owners see them monthly. Audited annually.

O.01
Gas yield
Nm³/day
Contracted target. Tracked daily, reported monthly. LD on shortfall.
O.02
Uptime
%
Hours-on-stream / total. Target 95%+. Downtime auto-attributed.
O.03
Methane %
55–65%
Output gas quality. Engine tariff depends on this.
O.04
Specific yield
m³/kg VS
Yield per kg of volatile solids. Process efficiency.
O.05
Cost per Nm³
₹/Nm³
All-in operating cost. Reported monthly, benchmarked against fleet.
O.06
Compliance score
0–100
Pollution-control, SATAT, GOBARdhan. Aggregated monthly.

Performance, not effort.

BioSarthi O&M is paid against a performance number, not an effort number. We carry the operational risk of the plant hitting yield. The owner sees one report a month and one bottom line.

A material portion of monthly fee at risk against yield. Aligned incentives.
Single accountability
One operating partner. No subcontractor finger-pointing.
Monitoring + AI included
Patent 550208 monitoring and AI yield prediction bundled into O&M.
GOBARdhan / SATAT compliance
Monthly reports filed on your behalf. Audit-ready by default.
Liquidated damages on shortfall
Yield, uptime, methane% all carry LD if missed.
Quarterly business review
Owner, BioSarthi project director, finance team. One hour, every quarter.

In their words

Voices from operated plants.

"We were running 88% uptime before BioSarthi. Now we're at 96. The performance contract changed how we think about the plant."
Plant owner
Greeneria portfolio plant, since 2023
"The monthly report is one page. Yield, uptime, methane%. Did we hit them. Owner reads it in two minutes."
MSA BioEnergy
Operator partner, since 2024
"The first quarter we missed yield by 3%, BioSarthi paid the LD. That was the moment we knew the contract was real."
CFO
CBG plant, NCR, since 2024
Frequently asked

Things owners ask first.

3 years. We need 12+ months of stable operation to be paid against a performance number with confidence; less than 3 years rarely makes sense for either side.
Liquidated damages, calculated as a percentage of the monthly fee, capped at the at-risk portion. Recoverable in subsequent months if yield is recovered.
Yes. About a third of our O&M plants were taken over from other providers. The asset audit + stabilisation phase exists for exactly this reason.
1 resident plant manager, 2 technicians per ~10 TPD plant. Plus the BioSarthi NOC remote 24/7 and a project director who visits monthly.
Owner-funded, BioSarthi-managed. Spares budget is reviewed quarterly; we do not mark up parts.
Yes. Telemetry is the basis of the performance contract. Monitoring is bundled into O&M at no separate fee.
