A biogas plant running at 28% efficiency isn't a bad plant. It's an unmonitored one.

We deployed our realtime monitoring layer at a spiritual retreat in NCR. Within 40 days, no new capital, same feedstock, efficiency went from 28% to 55%. They replaced 60 commercial LPG cylinders with their own biogas.

India has ~5 lakh registered gaushalas. Most are a liability.

But each one sitting on 5+ tonnes of cattle dung per day is actually a CBG plant waiting to happen. The math works. The technology exists. The GOBARdhan policy is in place.

What's missing is the system layer: monitoring, operations, and offtake that makes it reliable enough to finance. That's what we're building.

Digestate is the most overlooked revenue stream in biogas.

Every plant producing biogas is also producing slurry. Certify it, package it, sell it as FOM or LFOM, and you add a second product line at near-zero marginal cost.

We've started helping operators do exactly this. The fertiliser sells. The carbon story sells. And the economics of the whole plant improve overnight. …more
